Commit
897ad4c(2026-09-27) existed only in the build host's checkout of common and was never pushed. It removes the captured package pool, its apt source and its pin from every image (decision 0012; the note records the lines as load bearing: a build without them packed the pool, 606 MB instead of 326 MB). Every build since 2026-09-27 on the build host has used it; the checkout could not fast-forward, and pulling from here would have dropped it.This carries the commit as it was, author and date kept, and merges today's 19.x into it: the only conflict was both changes adding lines at the end of
removelists-final/turnkey, resolved by keeping both. Against 19.x the branch differs by exactly those seven lines.
