Context
Split off from #33. Every Keel image ships /etc/sysctl.d/10-hardening-turnkey.conf from common's overlay, with a header that says "provided by TurnKey". It is our file and nothing reads it by name (sysctl loads every *.conf in that directory), so it can be renamed safely.

What to do

  1. Rename overlays/turnkey.d/sysctl-hardening/etc/sysctl.d/10-hardening-turnkey.conf to 10-hardening-keel.conf with git mv. Keep the 10- prefix so the load order does not change.
  2. Change the first comment line from "System Hardening config provided by TurnKey" to name Keel Linux, and add one line saying it was derived from TurnKey Linux.
  3. Do not change any setting in the file. Only the name and the header comment.
  4. Search the repository for other references (git grep 10-hardening-turnkey) and update them, if any.
  5. In the pull request, link #33 and say which of its items this covers.

Done when

  • The file is 10-hardening-keel.conf, values unchanged, header updated.
  • git grep 10-hardening-turnkey returns nothing.
  • CI is green.
