When crowdsec is enabled on a Keel container (cloud modes), it registers the machine with CrowdSec's central API (CAPI). Four throwaway test containers on 2026-10-03 left four registrations that cannot be removed from the machine. Decide and document: whether Keel enables CAPI by default (community blocklists in exchange for sharing signals), how an operator opts out, and whether test/CI images must not register.
