As for mariadb, and with one thing that must survive the extraction:
listen_addresses = '::1,127.0.0.1' literal. On Debian ::1 maps to
ip6-localhost and never to localhost, so 'localhost' binds IPv4 only,
which is how this appliance shipped before its own verification hook caught it.

Closes when the component is its own repository as a unit, the layer is rebuilt
from it, and equivalence is proved against a repeated control build.
