The include pattern //conf matched only where the checkout directory has the name of the repository, as on GitHub. On the Forgejo runners (decision 0056) conf was not measured, and the gate passed on the other files only. The pattern is now the absolute path of conf in this checkout. Test-only change, no changelog entry.
