Found by the LNMP pair test on hw12-br1 (2026-10-16). The replica could not reach the primary (ERROR 2002 ... Can't connect), because keel binds the declared listen plus the VIP, and the example named the loopbacks only.

  • keel/instance.pair.example.yaml adds the overlay address to listen.
  • A new test in tests/manifest.bats checks it.
