Release 19.0-3 of the lnmp layer. The changelog entry 19.0 (3) names the keel fixes that the image carries from trixie-testing (keel 0.23.39): common#56, keel#186, #188, #192, #193, #195 and #106. The recipe itself does not change.

Merge only after keel 0.23.39 is in trixie-testing. The appliance gate does not boot this layer: no lnmp layer is on the mirror, so the gate stops at "Ask the mirror for the layer". The boot proof is the cross-site release test of 19.0-3 on BR1 and BR2.
