keel-pve is only published in trixie-testing, so the README's Suites: trixie made apt install keel-pve fail with "Unable to locate package".

README: the deb822 block for /etc/apt/sources.list.d/keel.sources now uses Suites: trixie-testing (URI, Components and Signed-By as in Keel-Linux/apt), with a note that it becomes trixie on promotion.
keel-pve: every subcommand prints a hint on stderr (the file to create and the deb822 block) when no non-comment line in /etc/apt/sources.list or sources.list.d/*.list|*.sources names archive.keellinux.org. Exit statuses and stdout are unchanged; help, version and usage errors print nothing new. New lib/source.sh; paths overridable via KEEL_PVE_APT_SOURCES_LIST / KEEL_PVE_APT_SOURCES_DIR, like the other paths.
Man page section APT SOURCE; debian/changelog 0.1.1.

Test plan

tests/source.bats written first and seen failing (5 of 9), then passing
bats tests/: 78 tests, all pass
tests/coverage.sh: 100 percent on every file (gate 95)
shellcheck: no new findings
CI: tests / coverage, package / changelog, build / trixie (lintian)
