Delete branch "docs/cronapt-upgrade-path"
Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?
A note in README.rst: an appliance that keel-transition 0.2.0 to 0.2.2 transitioned has a cron-apt that installs no security update. cron-apt cannot bring the fix, so the note gives the manual path:
apt-get install keel-transition(0.2.3) andkeel-transition --apply. Tested on a TurnKey 19.0 CT on BR1.
