  • README rewritten to match production reality (live URL, CI badges, sovereign auth per ADR-0008 — removes stale Zitadel/Redis/pgmq mentions, federation surface, quickstart with the CI guard list).
  • docs/PROJECT-STRUCTURE.md — annotated tree of the whole workspace following the tier system, plus the conventions that keep it healthy.
  • docs/PLANO-ESTRATEGICO-2026.md — product strategy for the election cycle (pt-BR): honest diagnosis, 15 ranked improvements, 3 asymmetric bets, sequencing around 15/08 TSE registration.
  • Wiki Home refreshed with production status and links.
