pdf2image 1.17.0 (PyPI sdist, sha256 checked by deb-import-pypi) on top of Mattia Rizzolo's packaging from salsa.debian.org/mattia/pdf2image, history kept. Version 1.17.0-0+keel1, changelog unstable.

Completed: DEP-5 copyright (the old packaging had none), upstream metadata, gbp and Salsa CI configuration, Standards-Version 4.7.2, Maintainer. The PyPI sdist ships no tests, so PYBUILD_DISABLE=test with the reason in debian/rules, and an autopkgtest that writes a two page PDF with Pillow and converts it back through poppler-utils (pages, size, colours, from path and from bytes), plus the autodep8 import test.

Verified with deb-ci on keel-deb-runner: lintian pass, autopkgtest autodep8-python3 PASS (superficial) and command1 PASS, identical rebuild. Debian has ITP #1087742 for this library; nothing here closes it. Needed by server-ux (2 modules). Tracker: deb/tracker#2.

Review: upstream LICENSE states 2017 only, and Mattia Rizzolo's packaging
starts in 2021. The changelog now lists every change to the packaging.
The workflow follows the deb/ci template (non-interactive environment).
