Backport of the Debian Python Team package from sid (0.1.9-3, Salsa history kept) to trixie as 0.1.9-3~bpo13+keel1. The changelog distribution is trixie, the Keel archive codename: trixie-backports would claim a Debian backport and lintian rejects the version there. The two NMU tags lintian raises for a changelog entry by someone outside Maintainer/Uploaders are overridden with the reason in debian/source/lintian-overrides. The workflow is the deb/ci template.

Needed by server-ux (2 modules); the binary loads libzbar0t64 through ctypes. Tracker: deb/tracker#2.
